How does Relio work?
Research shows 90% of persistent back pain cases cannot be attributed to problems in the spine. Instead, these are more likely to result from an overprotective pain system*.
Imagine a fire alarm that continues to sound even after the fire is extinguished. It’s so sensitive that a light breeze could set it off.
Similarly, with persistent pain, your pain system becomes hypersensitive – causing discomfort from the slightest of triggers.
Addressing an overprotective pain system is crucial for effective pain management, but often gets overlooked.

How does clinical hypnosis work?
Hypnosis involves entering a state of absorbed attention where you become hyper-focused on specific stimuli (such as a feeling or a memory) led by suggestions from a hypnotherapist.
During hypnosis, suggestions bypass the critical mind allowing you to subconsciously 'fix' your overprotective pain system. These suggestions teach you automatic skills that can help you self-manage your pain.

"From personal experience and too much reliance on our medical system, I now know that with the right tools the mind and body can heal itself. 20 years of chronic lower back pain/sciatica and now pain free. It’s so empowering to heal yourself. This fantastic app taught me how to do that."

"Started using this after seeing an ad on instagram. Unlike most of those ads, there is genuine research behind this. You can opt to pay just £1 for a week’s trial. After that it’s the price of a physio session for a year, and that is astounding value. Thank you!"

"This app changed my life for the better. When I started I was skeptical but so desperate to try anything to help my pain. I gave it a fair chance and followed the program and it really worked. I have had few if any flare ups since the 6 week treatment and going on a year since then I am still feeling great. Thank you so much for helping me get my life back!"
